National Truck Parking Adds the Largest Trailer Parking Facility in Miami to its Growing Portfolio

MIAMI (January 28, 2020) – National Truck Parking (NTP) has acquired a 51-acre truck and trailer parking facility located at 15545 NW 122nd Avenue in northwest Miami – the largest of its kind in Miami, Florida. The seller was a private investor and the original developer of the property.
With more than 1,300 parking spots, the property features 24-hour manned security, a fully fenced perimeter with electronic gate access, concrete aisles and compacted stone parking surfaces, and on-site property management. It is strategically located near the Florida Turnpike and Miami International Airport. It is fully leased.
NTP plans to invest in additional tenant amenities in 2020 including upgraded video surveillance, on-site vehicle assistance services and quick access to adjacent mechanic and tire services.

National Truck Parking is a joint venture between Chicago-based Timber Hill Group LLC (Timber Hill) and Chicago-based Champion Realty Advisors LLC (Champion) that specializes in the acquisition of trailer parking facilities – properties critical to the U.S. supply chain infrastructure.
